Its pretty easy and quick to implement and has great features with a simple user interface too.

Productivity matters with a lots of factors but at the same time some carries high importance where as some very low. All the above points must have carried one another importance in the path pf productivity, but the main concern I would like to put over here is that how come time management has been listed in the last part where as that is only the main aspects for productivity. If I would have given a chance definitely I would have listed it in the first priority basis at the top because that is the only app which has managed for a higher productivity in my company. My boss as well gives it a high rate.

We usually are dependent on time tracking app from Replicon - http://www.replicon.com/tim... which has unique features for time tracking and management. What is yours tool by the way?

Any yahooo can come-up with a list and therefore skeptical without empirical evidence that quantifies and qualifies your list. Thanks
Example: from your list (item 1): Show studies conducted with a number of people following your advice vs an equal number doing whatever they felt like doing along with a control group and then tell us how they compare. Otherwise it's all just popular feel good hype. :)

Great article. I agree. We have to determine our peak productivity time to maximize it. Getting short breaks and doing regular exercise will also help us keep ourselves fit for any physical and mental work.

i have over 3000 contacts that i attempted to import. the "contacts" says the right amount but all contacts after "I" are missing. any solutions?

Good tips for time management. But when it comes to use tools for the same purpose I would recommend and suggest to go for quickbooks time tracking software where in there comes the option for invoicing and billing as well.

This is a quite reputed and well recognized tools for managing the time and is used by a huge number of organizations even.
